Club Membership

Membership applications are available below or at the Boys and Girls Club office. Each membership application must be filled out and returned to Boys and Girls Club.

Afterschool Program Registration

Registration is now full for 2022. Please contact our office at 970.563.4753 to be added to the waitlist. 

Registering for year 2022:

Step 2: Email completed form to
Step 3: Pay annual registration fee online. Click on Donate and add “Annual Registration Fee” to your cart. Add a note with your child’s name and age. Registration fee for Southern Ute Tribal Members is $5.00. All other members pay a $15.00 annual fee.

BGC fees can be paid online through our Donate page or in person with cash or check at the BGC office. Fees will not be accepted without a completed membership application.

Refund Policy

BGCSU reserves the right to change their refund policy as needed. There will be a “NO REFUNDS” applied to Donations and Annual fees. Refunds may be given for Weekly Summer Club fees in the event that BGCSU closes for the entire week OR, for Field Trip fees if BGCSU cancels the trip.
