Afterschool Program Registration

Registering members:

Step 1: Download and complete the Club Member Application.

Step 2: Email completed forms to bgcstaff@southernute-nsn.gov or drop off at the BGC office.

Step 3: Pay annual registration fee online. Click on Donate and add “Annual Registration Fee” to your cart. Add a note with your child’s name and age. Registration fee for Southern Ute Tribal Members is $5.00. All other members pay a $15.00 annual fee.

Annual Membership fees does NOT include summer fees, field trips or any special programming.

Registration Periods

Annual membership fee covers January 1st – December 31st 

Spring Afterschool Program- January – May (end of school)

Summer Program – June – Early August 

  • Mandatory Parent Meeting
  • Fee: Annual Membership and Weekly
  • Forms: Membership Packet and Weekly Card

Fall Afterschool Program – August (start of school) – December 31st 

  • Fee: Annual Membership
  • Forms: Membership Packet and/or Registration Card

Payment

BGC fees can be paid online through our Donate page or in person with cash or check at the BGC office. Fees will not be accepted without a completed membership application.

Refund Policy

BGCSU reserves the right to change their refund policy as needed. There will be a “NO REFUNDS” applied to Donations and Annual fees. Refunds may be given for Weekly Summer Club fees in the event that BGCSU closes for the entire week OR, for Field Trip fees if BGCSU cancels the trip.
