Membership applications are available below or at the Boys and Girls Club office. Each membership application must be filled out and returned to Boys and Girls Club.

Afterschool Program Registration

Registration for our Afterschool Program is currently full. If you would like to be put on a waitlist please call 970.563.2691. Please do not pay any registration fees online until further instructions from BGC staff.

Step 3: Pay annual registration fee online. Click on the “Donate” tab and add “Annual Registration Fee” to your cart. Add a note with your child’s name and age. Registration fee for Southern Ute Tribal Members is $5.00. All other members pay a $15.00 annual fee.

BGC fees can be paid via Sun Ute Front Desk. Fees will not be accepted without a completed membership application.

Field Trips can now be paid for using two Bobcat Bucks! Your Club Member can earn a Bobcat buck for demonstrating one of the 6 pillars of Character Counts via our community wide Character Counts Initiative! Field trip registration will be made available the first day of the week of the field trip.

Refund Policy

BGCSU reserves the right to change their refund policy as needed. There will be a “NO REFUNDS” applied to Donations and Annual fees. Refunds may be given for Weekly Summer Club fees in the event that BGCSU closes for the entire week OR, for Field Trip fees if BGCSU cancels the trip.
