Club Membership

Spring Registration is FULL! Please call 970.563.2695 to be put on the waitlist. 

As of Sunday, December 31st, all 2023 memberships will expire. 

Registering members:

Step 1: Download and complete the Club Member Application.

Step 2: Email completed forms to or drop off at the BGC office.

Step 3: Pay Spring Registration fee online or in person with cash or check in the BGC office. Online fees can be paid on “Donate Now” page.

We will NOT accept any applications before Dec 18th!

*A confirmation email will be sent when applications are approved.

Registration Periods

Spring Program – January – May (end of school) 

  • Fee: Spring Registration fee
  • Forms: Membership Packet

Summer Program – June – Early August 

  • Mandatory Parent Meeting
  • Fee: Weekly Registration fee
  • Forms: Membership Packet and Weekly Card

Fall Program – August (start of school) – December 31st 

  • Fee: Fall Registration fee
  • Forms: Membership Packet and/or Registration Card


BGC fees can be paid online through our Donate page or in person with cash or check at the BGC office. Fees will not be accepted without a completed membership application.

Refund Policy

BGCSU reserves the right to change their refund policy as needed. There will be a “NO REFUNDS” applied to Donations and Registration Fees. Refunds may be given for Weekly Summer Club fees in the event that BGCSU closes for the entire week OR, for Field Trip fees if BGCSU cancels the trip.
